If you are lucky enough to have booked one of our properties within the exclusive Somerford Nines area of the Estate, you will also benefit from access to a further - and private - outdoor heated swimming pool.

Private terraces and gardens; complete with sunbeds and tables
Two level cedar Scandinavian sauna
Private gym; treadmill and other high quality equipment (no free weights)
Separate changing facilities; private self-contained facilities with shower and WC
Extended opening hours; you are not restricted to the opening times of the main Luxury Spa facility. Generally, the operating times are from dawn until dusk
PLEASE NOTE: The Somerford Nines pool is CLOSED during the off peak winter months. You are still able to fully access the private sauna, private gym & private changing areas during the close down period. These dates do vary from year to year so please check with us prior to making a booking if the specific use of the outdoor pool is particularly important to you. The heated indoor pool at the Luxury Spa is open all year round and is just a few minutes walk form the Somerford Nines complex. Please note that the private Somerford Nines facility is shared with 8 x other villas, and is available to residents staying within Somerford Nines ONLY and not properties on the wider Lower Mill Estate.
