The upside-down living element of the property affords you the very best of views from the living space and alfresco dining balcony on the top floor. The house has a large ground floor deck with the option of a private hot tub, and two further substantial sized balconies on the first and second floors, all of which enjoy the sun for most of the day and well into the evening - culminating with spectacular sunset views.
