GROUND FLOOR: After being greeted by the welcoming entrance area, to the right of the hallway you find the ground floor master suite. With its very own private hallway, the room opens up and presents a king-size bed, Smart TV, and views across Howells Mere Lake through the double floor to ceiling glazed doors. In fact, with floor to ceiling glazing on all sides of this suite the light pours in, yet the beautiful shutters give you the perfect amount of privacy. Double wardrobes and an en-suite shower room completes this ground floor master suite.
A further double bedroom on the ground floor is served by the family bathroom – with bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. This double bedroom also benefits from a Smart TV and floor to ceiling glazed balcony doors, that lead onto the oversized terrace area with outdoor seating, loungers, and your very own private hot tub option. With glazed balustrades wrapping the entire decking area, you appear to be hovering above the water as you first step out. The cantilevered decking - and two further balcony areas of this lodge - appear to float across the lake as they are cleverly suspended away from the main structure, giving you the impression of almost sitting over the lake.

FIRST FLOOR: The first floor of the property has a further family bathroom with a bathtub and 3 of the property’s 5 bedrooms. At the front of the house, you will find the twin bedroom with two single beds and a double wardrobe, plus the triple bunkbed room – with full size double bed and single bed above – also with double wardrobe and benefiting of a further Smart TV. The master bedroom on this floor offers stunning views of the lake, and with its very own private cantilevered balcony area - stretching the full width of the lodge – it feels more akin to sitting on the large balcony of a cruise ship. The balcony is finished with a bistro set for two, perfect for that morning coffee. The bedroom comprises a king-size bed, Smart TV, double wardrobe, and a private shower room. The room, once again with floor to ceiling glazing along the entirety of one side of the room, is the perfect place to retreat to after a day of exploration.

SECOND FLOOR: It is on the second floor where the real magic happens. After initially being struck with the amount of natural light pouring into the room, the view from the living area and balcony beyond draws your attention furthermore. With one side completely glazed, the floor to ceiling double doors slide along to open up and create an extension of the living space and entertainment area, and onto the large balcony area with outdoor dining for 10. With additional outdoor sofas, you will be hard pushed not to be spending all of your time out here. The area is a real suntrap and with views that continue beyond Howells Mere Lake and into the nature reserve beyond, you’ll enjoy your day out here either on your own with your own thoughts, or with family and friends as you enjoy an alfresco dinner as the sun sets behind you. The living room has a large curved Smart TV, comfortable sofas and a corner snug with two contemporary armchairs and a gas effect wood burner: allowing for comfortable and stylish living, alongside an Alexa smart speaker and super-fast fibre broadband. Indoor dining for 10/11 guests and a well-appointed - and equipped – kitchen complete this floor.
