Are children permitted to use the spa ?

Yes. Children of all ages are very welcome in Spa facility. However age restrictions do apply to the sauna & the steam room facilities. There are also designated Adult Only times, please contact the spa for further information.

Are towels provided ?

Towels can be hired for a nominal charge of £ 3.00 per towel per visit. Alternatively please bring your own swimming towels from home and we would ask that you do not use the bath towels supplied in your lodge.

How far is the Luxury Spa from our lodge ?

All of our lodges are within a few minutes walk from the Luxury Spa facility.

How do we access the Spa facility ?

We will have informed the spa facility prior to your arrival on the estate.  There will be 2 x physical spa passes in your property for you to gain access to the spa facility during rental hours.  N.B. a single spa pass allows access to the electronic doors, so the whole family can go and visit at the same time using one pass.

What are the costs of treatments in the Spa?

How many swimming pools are there?

There are 3 x swimming pools located within the spa facility, the 25m indoor pool, a 25m outdoor pool & the UK's first Eco Pool.

Are the swimming pools heated?

Absolutely ! Both the indoor & the outdoor pools are heated to a lovely comfortable temperature.

What exactly is an Eco-Pool?

Great questions! The Eco-Pool is an outdoor pool, naturally filtered by water lilies, which uses no chemicals to treat the water at all. It is shall we say, rather bracing, as the pool isn’t heated – we highly recommend using the pool after to steam or the sauna facility, which is a wonderful experience!

What other facilities are there within the Spa Facility?

There is a steam room, sauna, gym, & treatments rooms for the beauty treatments. All set within a beautifully landscaped nature reserve.
