This large 5-bed contemporary home provides immediate relaxation and a true sense of place, offering 4 levels of outside living space and spectacular views across Howells Mere and nature reserve beyond.
Standing proudly on a large double plot with garden space down each side, the ground floor of the property is home to a welcoming entrance area, a large family WC, and 2 of the property's 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom at the front of the house features a king size bed with private ensuite bathroom with shower above. At the back of the home, you will find a huge master bedroom suite that stretches the full width of the house. Designed in a modern style, it includes a king size bed, double integrated wardrobes and ensuite shower room. The suite leads out onto the large outdoor deck and has lake views which catch the morning sun. With an enclosed outdoor decking with safety glass, a private gate provides access to the grass and banks of the lake - a spot from which to launch your choice of watercraft. The gated access also offers a secure space for bikes to be stored.
On the first floor, additional balconies overlook the beautiful Howells Mere Lake from two further bedrooms. A twin room with two single beds - complimented by an ensuite bathroom with shower above - has access to the balcony through the floor to ceiling glazed balcony doors. This room also has an additional single pull-out trundle bed, allowing up to 3 occupants. Adjacent, lies a king room with ensuite shower room with access to balcony. Both bedrooms have integrated built in wardrobes. The fifth bedroom offers a standard bunkbed with two full size single beds. The additional pull-out trundle bed in this room allows up to 3 guests. With hanging space and a chest of drawers, the bedroom is adjacent to a large family shower room, but as all other bedrooms have their own ensuite, this allows what is effectively a 'private' bathroom for its guests.
On the second floor, the open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area is the hub of the house thanks to the wrap around glazing which frame the 270-degree picturesque views - allowing natural light to pour in - creating a light and airy space. A large L-shaped sofa, armchairs and bean bags, plus a contemporary Scandinavian wood burner allow for comfortable and stylish living, alongside a Smart TV and superfast broadband. The large open kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped for up to 12 guests, with an American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living and dining spaces make it the perfect entertainment space for families and/or friends. Additionally, there are floor to ceiling glazed doors that open up allowing guests to step out onto a further balcony.
From all levels of the home, an external spiral staircase will lead you from the ground floor, all the way to the fourth level and the unbelievable - and desirable - Skydeck area. With outdoor seating and dining space, the spectacular vantage points from the Skydeck are some of the highest on offer on the entire estate. The huge open aired space stretches the full breadth and width of the property and boasts 360-degree views.
Calm Waters comes is a short walk to the Luxury Spa complex, of which you get full rental access during your stay, allowing you and your family and/or friends use of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Each property on the Estate has one designated parking space within a few yards of their front door. Calm Waters' is directly outside for added convenience and peace of mind. All other vehicles can make use of the additional visitor spaces, or the overflow car parks that are on the Estate.

Please note that due to insurance restrictions & potential health & safety compliance issues, we had to remove the BBQ's from each property. Therefore our lodges do not have a BBQ, so please remember to pack your own or alternatively purchase a disposable BBQ for alfresco cooking
